We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–24 hours.
• Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 24-48 hours, depending on your location and availability.
• Tracking: Once packed and dispatched, you will be notified of delivery time estimate.
• Delivery Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Note: Fresh and perishable items (fruits, vegetables) are not eligible for returns due to food safety reasons.
